FREE LOCAL DELIVERY – WE ARE BASED IN ST ALBANS – CONTACT US TO SEE IF YOU QUALIFY FOR FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

Unless otherwise stated on product information page, we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday we process it on the next working day. Please note due to current circumstances, delivery may be affected due to issues outside our control, please allow for this possibility. Many thanks.

Orders over £100 are delivered for FREE.

Returns

If for any reason you decide to return an item, we offer a 14 day return policy, from the day you receive your package. The item must be received by us within the 14 day period. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund after this 14 day period.

To be eligible for a return, please email hello@hodgeinteriors.co.uk stating the reason for return. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Please ensure it is in its original packaging.

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and you are liable for the return cost. If you are returning an item of significant value or size, we recommend that you use a trackable delivery service or purchase insurance.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return package, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of goods and refund details. Refund payments will not include the original postage paid when placing your order. Please allow 2-5 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged/Faulty

We take great care in wrapping our items to ensure they arrive with you safely. If your order does happen to arrive damaged, please contact us immediately on hello@hodgeinteriors.co.uk and we will arrange directly with you to have the item returned to us and for a replacement to be sent out at the earliest opportunity.

If the item is out of stock or a one-off piece, we will endeavour to supply a replacement unless otherwise stated. Alternatively we can issue you with a full refund.
